Tim McGraw + Faith Hill's Private Island Listed for $35 Million

In early 2021, country music power couple Tim McGraw and Faith Hill listed their private island in the Bahamas for $35 million. The 20-acre property, known as L’île d’Anges or Goat Cay, is situated in the Exuma district, approximately an 80-minute flight from Miami. The island boasts nearly 1.3 miles of ocean frontage, two pristine white sand beaches, and a private dock.

The couple purchased the undeveloped island in 2003 and spent nearly a decade transforming it into a luxurious retreat. Their vision materialized into a 6,517-square-foot main residence comprising four bedroom suites, five bathrooms, an observation tower, and a central grass-covered courtyard. The estate is designed with eight separate pavilions connected by almost 5,000 square feet of covered verandas and passageways, promoting an indoor-outdoor living experience.

In addition to the main house, the island features two beachfront yurts for guest accommodations, three staff residences, and various support structures. The property is entirely off-grid, equipped with generators, a desalination plant, and provisions shipped in by barge.

The listing was managed by Knight Frank, and while the asking price was $35 million, the final sale price has not been publicly disclosed. The McGraws have since moved on from the property, but their island paradise remains a testament to their vision and dedication to creating a personal haven in the Bahamas.
