The image, shared on Instagram, shows McGraw sitting at an outdoor restaurant with Hill, but it was the cane that caught the attention of many followers. This concern stems from McGraw’s recent health issues. In 2024, he underwent back surgery before embarking on his tour. However, complications arose, leading to knee problems as he compensated for his back pain. Subsequently, he had surgeries on both knees and another back surgery. Despite these challenges, McGraw returned to performing but had to cancel some shows due to ongoing recovery. His next scheduled performance is on August 2 at the Bristol Motor Speedway.
